  • Yes! Ricochet POS is the only true all in one solution for consignment stores. Ricochet Pay is not a white labeled integration, it is a true end to end solution.
  • Ricochet allows stores the choice to keep their current processor when subscribed to either the Lead or Custom plan. Stores will be charged a monthly non processing fee of $100.
  • Ricochet provides general support for your consignors and vendors without providing them access or insight to store information. Our support team will help with account and hardware set up, inventory and payout training, and general troubleshooting and questions via phone, email, or chat.
  • The custom tier is meant for stores that want to explore more customized transaction rates when having several locations or large sales volume. Custom plan is not required for multiple location accounts. Additional locations automatically use the same plan as the base location.
  • Stores can choose to move up or down in pricing tiers at any time. Just get in contact with a Ricochet representative and we will help you with the process.
  • The only other fees that could be incured, would be the Canadian Interac rate (0.75% + 7¢ per transaction), if your store is located in Canada.
